The Department of Health Economics at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences was established in 2018 to raise the high quality health economists who will be equipped with fundamental knowledge in health economics. The department has the reputation of having high quality academic members with high level practical and scientific experience in the country. Our members are focal point for some national and international programs such as NHA, financial protection program, NCD investment case, high level consultancy for ministry of health and etc. It has been targeted in our vision to thrive and enhance the department as one of the leading health economics departments in the region.
