The First Online Meeting of HIT
The first online meeting of the Health Information Technology Group was held on 26 May in 2021.
The meeting topic was the application of Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality in medical education.
In this meeting, Dr. Peyman Rezaei explained the importance and requirements of this technology. Then Ms. Afsoon Asadzadeh, presented discussions about concepts of the virtual reality system, hardware and software platforms, capabilities and various virtual applications and augmented reality in the field of health focusing on medical education.
Then, Dr. Taha Samad Soltani explained about the virtual reality and augmented laboratory of School of Management and Medical Informatics and its current projects.
