The meeting of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUOMS) president and faculty members of the School of Management and Medical Information
The meeting of faculty members of the School of Management and Medical Information was held on 7 July, 2020 in presence of Excellency Prof. Mohammad Hossein Somi, President of TUOMS.
First of all , Dr Alireza Mahboub-Ahari, honor dean of the faculty, gave a brief explanation about the performance of faculty from its establishment until now.
Then, each of faculty members expressed their opinions and proposals. The main areas of discussions were:

Faculty rank in the country, number of articles and also valuable work which have been done for developing of the universities in the country.
Problems and challenges in order to advance organizational objectives and its causes
Challenges and opportunities for education and research in the faculty

At the end , Dr. Mohammad Hossein Somi emphasized to perform for operational work in medical centers in order to reduce costs and increasing effectiveness. He expressed his expectations from the faculty for growing the university rank in the country and performing effectively.
